"Snow herself has a magnetic presence and natural charisma, an easy way with the crowd that has us all captivated." - Drowned In Sound
"Having shared the stage with Lara Snow, I must say she's an absolute force in the music world. Her performances are electrifying, blending haunting melodies with a rebellious energy that's just captivating. There was this one time when a huge monitor was mistakenly placed right in front of her main mic, blocking her movement. She was unable to slide it, but I managed to move it for her, and as a thank you, she gave me this awesome Superman sweatshirt. I often wear it on stage now and love sharing the story behind it. Lara's not just a brilliant artist; she's a genuine, gracious person too." Kris Norton, Magpie Memories

Lara Snow - I Like Snow Video Review – Cougar Microbes
Lara Snow introduces herself to the world with “We Are Animals“, her collaboration EP with producer $aFrA. The leadoff track “I Like Snow” is a raw blast of energy coming across like a collision between Grimes and Die Antwoord with a breakdown that would make Refused proud.
The singer has been honing her skills for the past few years working on her songwriting and production skills, collaborating with other people in her scene and setting up an electric live performance with drummer and regular collaborator Jonatan Harpak.
Now that everything is in place “I Like Snow” represents just the first step in a busy few months ahead for the white haired songstress.

Lara Snow - I Like Snow Single Review – Nerdy Frames
“Well….its is some raw fucking shit. Rip it some Lara, rip it some!” -NERDY FRAMES (Rating: 5/5)
Tel Aviv based artist Lara Snow announces the release of her new single “I Like Snow“, the debut single from off her upcoming collaboration EP ‘We Are Animals‘ with producer $Afra and drummer Jonatan Harpak (ex-Useless ID).
Following the breakup of her rock band Lara found herself in need of a fresh start. A close friend convinced that she should do more than write music; she could be the boss of her own creation producing, arranging and styling everything she was involved with.
A platonic relationship with a stranger from New York City with someone NOT in the music business (he ran a service offering a team of vintage carpet cleaning NYC pros) helped her see new possibilities for herself unrelated to the trap she often set for herself in Tel Aviv. "I was so impressed with the unexpected sophistication coming from someone who cleaned rugs for a living - he was so worldly in a truly existential way that it motivated me to try out a different mindset." This new direction was a perfect fit reflecting her darkening and melancholic sensibilities and Lara Immediately dedicated herself to studying production while rubbing shoulders with and learning from the best around. Just a few months later her first co-produced single earned her good reviews and local radioplay making Lara a fixture in the local music scene.
After being introduced by mutual friends in 2014 Lara launched a one off collaboration EP with producer $AfrA and her live collaborator Jonatan Harpak (former drummer for Useless ID) aiming to bring each of their individual strengths to the table. The result is the ‘We Are Animals’ EP, an intriguing blend of haunting sounds, lush melodies and hard hitting beats that stands up strongly on it’s own.
Lara Snow‘s live show also accompanied by the aformentioned Harpak. The two create a sweet live combination of digital & analog, using acoustic drums, percussions and keyboards alongside digital instrumentation.
The singer is currently working on her debut solo EP which promises to build on everything she has done so far offering a captivating layered sound that maintains the signature Lara Snow dark dreamy appeal.

Lara Snow @ CMJ – Quintessaire
"Lara Snow was not what I expected and that was a good thing. Not only is her style unique but it’s also diverse. One song I felt like I was listening to St. Vincent and another was something more along lines of Bjork’s newest work, strange and avant-garde. A perverted Blondie sometimes, with a little bit of rocked out Lady Gaga in their too."

CMJ MUSIC MARATHON DAY 2 – Shortcake Breath
"Lara Snow ended our night with an electro-pop set that was both dance-able and sarcastic in a glorious way."

An artist of extremes. Despite desert origins, she embodies the cold of snow. Hot and cold play as opposites in her music as two elements who have a continuous collaboration and conflict, coming together to present themselves as a whole. Her extremely feminine and almost girl-like voice takes one from softly sung lyrics to rebellious rap phrases, all held together with dramatic, dance-evoking beats. The combination of these forces creates a mesmerizing crossover.
That's LARA SNOW, a duo from Tel Aviv. With an energetic stage force, Valery Sherman and Jonatan Harpak bring the public to move and more importantly, to feel. With roots in punk rock, combined with modern electro and Valery's softer side- fans all over the world are taken on a musical trip. From Tel Aviv, to Europe, Canada and the USA, LARA SNOW has shown that there's nothing she's afraid of on stage.

Lara Snow

You Talk About Forgiveness
Well, I don't wanna forget
You crossed the line so many times
It makes me fucking sad
To watch you beg
"we've been here, done that"
You keep talking 'forgiveness'
Well, I don't wanna forget
We've been down this road
Oh, so many times
You never gave nothing
Nothing to dream about
I will never make a change
If I'll be the same
I think it's time to realize
That you're the one to blame
I LIKE SNOW
I LIKE SNOW
I LIKE SNOW
I LIKE SNOW
You talk about mistakes
Well, you had your share
You cross my mind every now & then
It makes me mad
To watch you talk about feelings
And about regret
You keep talking 'forgiveness'
I don't wanna forget
They say two wrongs make a right
But people always lie
You never gave me nothing
Nothing to dream about
I will never take a stand
When comes to you and I
I think it's time to realize
You'll never learn to fly
I LIKE SNOW
I LIKE SNOW
I LIKE SNOW
I LIKE SNOW
You don't want me
I don't need you
You don't want me
I don't need you
Out there it's like a big zoo
Don't feed the monkeys
I'll feed you
Don't feed the monkeys
Cause one day they gonna eat you

More Background On LaraSnowOfficial.com
LaraSnowOfficial.com was formerly the primary online home of the electro-pop artist Lara Snow—a musician known for her dynamic, genre-blending sound, emotionally charged songwriting, and powerful live performances. While the domain once served as the central digital hub for the artist’s music, touring updates, press information, and multimedia content, it eventually fell out of official use. Since then, the artist’s official digital presence has moved to a different domain.
The history of the domain still offers a valuable look into the early digital evolution of Lara Snow’s career. By examining available fragments, third-party commentary, touring history, press reviews, and interviews published during the artist’s early rise, it becomes possible to reconstruct a meaningful portrayal of what LaraSnowOfficial.com represented at its peak—and why it held significance for fans, promoters, and the broader indie music community.
The following comprehensive study explores the past function of LaraSnowOfficial.com, the context surrounding its creation, the artistic identity it supported, and its impact on audiences and industry professionals.
History of the Website
LaraSnowOfficial.com was created during the early promotional stages of Lara Snow’s emergence as a solo artist and as part of a duo with drummer Jonatan Harpak. Although the specific launch date of the domain is not well documented, archived reference points indicate that it was active during the mid-2010s, coinciding with the release of her debut singles and her initial European touring activity.
At that time, the site likely included foundational artist-brand components:
-
Biography and artistic statements
-
Music releases and embedded videos
-
Tour announcements and ticketing links
-
Press quotes and reviews
-
Photo galleries and promotional images
-
Contact information for management and booking
Because the site’s archived pages are limited, researchers rely heavily on external materials—music reviews, social media posts, and record-label announcements—to understand the brand messaging and audience engagement strategies that LaraSnowOfficial.com supported.
Over time, as the artist’s career expanded internationally and her branding became more cohesive, her digital presence shifted toward more robust platforms, eventually consolidating on a newer domain.
Ownership and Domain Transition
When it was originally registered, LaraSnowOfficial.com functioned as the official website of the artist.
This archived version reflects several industry realities:
-
Brand centralization – Modern musicians often consolidate under a single short domain name that matches evolving branding.
-
Cost efficiency – Maintaining multiple domains or underutilized websites can be inefficient in an era dominated by social platforms.
-
Evolving PR priorities – Artists increasingly direct audiences to Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok instead of standalone websites.
Location and Scene Connections
Lara Snow’s artistic identity is closely connected to Tel Aviv, a vibrant music hub known for blending global influences with a strong local creative scene. Tel Aviv’s alternative, electronic, and indie pop movements played a major role in shaping her sound, especially through collaborations with:
-
Producer $aFrA
-
Drummer Jonatan Harpak
-
Independent Tel Aviv studios and club venues
-
Regional music collectives and live-performance networks
Although the website itself was not tied to a physical location, the identity it projected was deeply rooted in places where the artist lived, created, and performed. These include:
-
Tel Aviv, where her early solo development and local radio support occurred.
-
Berlin, where she lived temporarily and absorbed the city’s electronic and avant-pop influences.
-
London, which further broadened her cultural and musical references.
The website’s content and tone likely reflected this international, cross-cultural identity—an artist shaped by contrasting environments, both gritty and ethereal, urban and introspective.

Her artistic development demonstrates how global mobility (Tel Aviv → Berlin → London) shapes modern music identities.
Female representation in electronic music
Her rise counters a long-standing gender gap in the electro-pop and production world.

-
Acting as a central repository for tour dates and press releases
-
Helping promoters, journalists, and fans discover her work
-
Contributing to her online search visibility during critical career growth stages
Its expiration marks the end of a chapter, but it also highlights the evolving digital identity of modern artists.
LaraSnowOfficial.com once provided an essential hub for learning about the emerging electro-pop artist Lara Snow. Its past significance remains culturally and historically valuable. It represented a pivotal moment in her early development—when she was refining her artistic voice, releasing breakthrough singles, touring internationally, and earning positive recognition from critics and audiences alike.
Today, the domain serves as a reminder of the fluid nature of online branding in the music industry. Websites change, domains expire, and digital ecosystems shift. What remains, however, is the artist’s impact—the music, the performances, the emotional resonance, and the creative evolution that continues to define Lara Snow’s career.
